We offer a complete coaching and training consultancy service to both individuals and corporate organisations. For individuals this can be in any mutually convenient location (including over the phone).
A typical first consultation will always start with a free 15 minute "getting to know you" session where we will discuss what your objectives are and how we will work together to arrive at your desired outcome.
A session will consist of a combination of input from an accomplished trainer, practical work with the client and feedback on performance. Clients will leave with an action plan relevant to their needs.
We run a vast array of personal skills coaching and training sessions and are always happy to discuss individual requirements. Currently our most popular requests are for:
Winning at interview - preparing, researching, appearing confident, conducting yourself professionally, listening, using influencing language, asking the right questions
Presentation Skills - setting objectives, the audience, research, planning, structure, timing, delivery, making it memorable, coping with challenging questions, conquering nerves
Psychometric/Personality Assessment - understanding yourself (your preferences and what motivates you) to enable better interaction with colleagues, friends and family and for you to get what you want by "influencing with integrity." Clients will also have an opportunity to complete an online questionnaire prior to the session that will produce a comprehensive personalised feedback report.
Career Development - working out your strengths and development areas, evaluating your skills and experience, discussing your short and longer term aspirations, setting powerful career outcomes
As well as career development related coaching and training sessions connected with interviewing, CV writing and presenting skills we also offer a wide range of help in subjects such as assertiveness, building personal confidence, time management, dealing with stress, personal image, basic negotiation, influencing and persuading, handling conflict, giving and receiving feedback, setting powerful objectives, building rapport, questioning and listening.
